GENERAL DEPARTMENT
The General Department manages the institute's document circulation, ensures internal and external correspondence, and organizes the institute's archival work.
The General Department is responsible for the registration, preservation, and circulation of the institute's internal legal acts, as well as for ensuring the preparation and preservation of the minutes of the meetings of the institute's scientific council, rectorate, and other collegial bodies.
The General Department is also responsible for the preservation and use of the institute's official seal and stamps.
