The Faculty consists of 2 departments
The Theater Faculty of YSTFI was established in 2011 as a result of the dissolution of the Theater and Cinema Faculty. The Theater Faculty is an educational, scientific and administrative subdivision that implements higher professional education in several specialties, coordinates the creative, research and educational-methodical work of the departments.
Faculty lecturers and students regularly participate in republican and international competitions, concerts and other events organized by the institute. They have the opportunity to carry out their production practice, current and final work on the stage of YSTFI's Student Theater.
Based on YSTFI's mission, the professional educational programs of acting, directing, choreography directing and dance are aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists in the field of culture and arts that meet the demands of the labor market, who will contribute to the progress and development of the field, form knowledge about culture and art issues, promoting the development of analytical skills.
