FOR YSTFI STUDENTS

YSTFI Student Residence

YSTFI cooperates with the Zeitun Student Village Foundation dormitory, which offers comfortable conditions for our university students.

Conditions

Rooms in the Zeitun dormitory are provided for an 11-month term. The total rent is 110,000 AMD.

For rent in foreign currency, please refer to the Central Bank of Armenia's exchange rates.

Note: The rent does not include electricity charges. For information about electricity consumption calculation and ENA CJSC's electricity sales tariffs, please visit here.

Each room can accommodate up to two students.

If a student wishes to live alone in a room, they must pay for two persons - 220,000 AMD.

All dormitory rooms are equipped with necessary amenities and furniture, including beds, wardrobes, chairs, and a table. Additionally, rooms have constant water supply and central heating.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are shared. Shower use requires additional payment.

Application Process

To rent a room in the Zeitun student dormitory, you need to apply to your faculty dean's office for a certificate confirming your YSTFI student status during the period between the end of the current year's examination period and the beginning of the next academic year (for future students: between receiving entrance examination results and the start of the academic year).

The certificate, along with a copy of your passport and two photos (3x4cm), must be submitted in person to the dormitory director.

The decision about room allocation is made on-site by the dormitory management. Students can move in immediately after receiving a positive response from management.

Applications can only be rejected if there are no available rooms.

Payment Terms

Dormitory rent should be paid in full when submitting the above-mentioned documents.

It is also possible to pay in two 50% installments of 55,000 AMD each: the first payment when submitting documents, and the second before the start of the spring semester. Payment terms are clearly stated in the contract signed between the dormitory and the student.

Tip: The dormitory administration prefers one-time payment.

Note: Neither the state nor YSTFI provides financial assistance for dormitory accommodation fees.
